Came in to buy a pair of new hiking trainers for a trip abroad and also for local wandering. The manager helped me pick out a pair of new shoes with the experience he had travelling in the area we are heading to helped me with preparation for the holiday and hopefully avoid a sprained ankle. Great customer service.

Friendly helpful staff. Good choice of products at some really good sale prices. Limited sizes but more available online and free delivery if you do click and collect.

Having bought my second of walking shoes, the first ones lasted 3year's. I found a slight imperfection, so I returned them to the shop. Has you would expect They was changed them immediately.Having bought many products over he years from mountain warehouse, the quality and service Is fantastic.They don't try and sell you products you don't need. My first pair of shoes,they recommend where lockton waterproof shoe.Brilliant shoes, hard wearing and very comfortable and at a great price. So if you're looking for quality outdoor gear, look no further than mountain warehouse. There's no hard sell,tell them what you think you need and They will give you sound advice on what you do need.I'd like to thank the staff, York branch. For being so helpful, especially the manager , Who give me some sound advice on washing and maintaining waterproof clothing. Thanks again one happy and satisfied customer.

I Love Mountain Warehouse, good quality gear and friendly staff but understandably at the moment, since Coronavirus there is less discounted gear available, obviously to recoup the costs of lockdown.
